You can rent booths to show off your business and sell your own merchandise.

Rules and Information For Purchasing Your Booth
- A DEPOSIT is required to hold a booth.
- Booth fees must be paid in full no later than December 10th, 2024. If paid by credit card there will be an additional 4% fee applied at time of purchase. Booths that are not paid in full by December 10th, 2024, then it will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
- Larger booths can not be purchased and spilt amongst other companies. Consequences when found subleasing your booth include being asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
- No UNSIGNED merchandise (pertaining to the guests at our show) can be sold without authorization from Fiterman Sports.
- Dollies will be provided on a first come first serve basis at the show.
- THURSDAY we will have full access to the building, you are more than welcome to set up early for NO additional fee!
- There will be 24 HOUR security provided by the Pasadena Police Department from Thursday morning until Late Sunday evening.
- Badges will be issued depending on the size of your booth purchase.
- Merchandise can be shipped to our warehouse early if this will help make things easier for you to set up. However make sure to receive approval from Fiterman Sports. Email us at: [email protected]
- We will have glass card display cases for rent for $50 per case for the weekend.
- Parking will be FREE all weekend for everyone in attendanc

All vendors attending the Autograph Show of Texas will be accommodated in receiving a discount on all, “Autograph”and “Photo Op” tickets for the entire duration of the event. If you would like to purchase your tickets in quantity please contact us directly. To get the most out of being a vendor at our event we encourage all vendors to share the event on any and all platforms to engage a wider audience and encourage more attendance.
