Digital Photo-Op Fulfillment & Public Gallery Policy:
All digital photo-op images captured at our events are delivered and fulfilled exclusively through an open, public online gallery system (via Pixieset). By purchasing a ticket, participating in a photo op, or utilizing our photography services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your photograph and likeness will be hosted in a publicly viewable online gallery for delivery purposes. Private, hidden, or password-protected galleries are not available. If you do not agree to have your image hosted in a publicly accessible online gallery, you must refrain from purchasing a photo-op ticket or participating in our event photography services.
